Elizabeth Hodges

Chief Executive Officer

Elizabeth Hodges is REST’s CEO, bringing nearly 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience. She has supported communities facing social and economic barriers through roles at Communities In Schools of Washington, Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region, Techbridge Girls, and YWCA GirlsFirst. Born and raised in Seattle, Elizabeth holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts from Clark Atlanta University. She serves as Board Chair and Treasurer of the Urban ArtWorks Board of Directors, supporting youth arts programs. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring local coffee shops, and appreciating public art with her husband.

Yasminda Dorrough

Director of Survivor Services

Yasminda Dorrough, affectionately known as Yas, began her social work journey in 2003 and brings over 20 years of experience, primarily serving youth, women, and children in South Seattle. As the Director of Survivor Services at REST, Yas continues to make a significant impact by empowering women and helping them flourish. When not at work, Yas enjoys spending intentional quality time with her daughter, family, and close friends, cherishing these moments of connection and joy.

Ashley Mabbitt

Director of Communications

Ashley Mabbitt is REST’s Director of Communications, with an extensive background in public relations and marketing and a passion for mission-driven storytelling. She leads REST’s marketing and communications strategy across the organization, helping connect supporters to the impact of survivor-centered services. Ashley is committed to creating trauma-informed, donor-focused messaging that elevates survivor dignity and strengthens community engagement. Born and raised in Texas, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, playing video games, and discovering new restaurants and cafés.

Brittany Quinn

Interim Director of Human Resources Consultant

Brittany Quinn is the Human Resources Director for Nonprofit Resources. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from George Fox University and has worked with nonprofits supporting trafficking survivors. Brittany’s HR work is rooted in her commitment to inclusive excellence and in her spare time she enjoys reading and traveling.

Janelle Washington

Director of Finance and Operations

Janelle Washington is REST’s Director of Finance and Operations, bringing more than a decade of experience in nonprofit financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. Before joining REST, she was with Academy for Creating Excellence (ACE), where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led cross-functional teams, and secured over $3 million in grant funding. Janelle has a proven track record in donor stewardship, compliance, and facilities management. Originally from Seattle, Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. Outside of work, she enjoys vintage fashion, community storytelling, and exploring cities through travel.
